Terms

  • Applies to IELTS 9 Pro bought on ielts9.io: subscriptions and the one-time Exam Sprint (60 days of Pro counts as 60 paid days). App Store purchases are billed and refunded by Apple.
  • Your starting result must be an official IELTS Test Report Form with an overall band of 6.5 or lower, issued within 3 months before you subscribed, and sent to guarantee@ielts9.io within 7 days of subscribing.
  • You need at least 60 consecutive days of paid subscription, plus at least 20 scored Writing tasks and 20 scored Speaking answers in your account.
  • The retake must be the first official IELTS test you sit after your subscription ends, within 60 days of the end date, in the same module (Academic or General Training).
  • The guarantee is met when your new overall band is at least 0.5 higher than your starting overall band. Individual skill scores do not count on their own.
  • Claims: email guarantee@ielts9.io within 30 days of receiving your new result, from the email on your account, with both Test Report Forms attached. You may cover personal details other than your name and scores.
  • The refund covers the subscription or Exam Sprint payments you made to IELTS 9. It does not cover IELTS test fees, travel or other costs. One guarantee claim per person.
  • We may decline a claim if the practice requirement was clearly not met in good faith (for example empty submissions), or if the account was shared.
  • This guarantee is in addition to your rights under our refund policy and applicable consumer law.
