Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Bought on the web: cancel from your account settings, or use the manage- subscription link in your purchase receipt from LemonSqueezy.
Bought via the Apple App Store: manage or cancel in your Apple subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Apple, not us, controls App Store billing and refunds.

Refunds (web purchases)

Web subscriptions are sold by LemonSqueezy as our merchant-of-record. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, or were charged in error, contact us at support@ielts9.io within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request in good faith. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method by LemonSqueezy.

Where the law of your country grants consumers a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation (for example, the EU/UK 14-day cooling-off period), those rights apply in addition to this policy. Note that once you begin using a digital service within a cooling-off period, your statutory withdrawal right may be reduced accordingly.

Refunds (App Store purchases)

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund process. Request App Store refunds directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are unable to issue refunds for App Store purchases.

Free trials

If your plan included a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Once the trial converts to a paid period, the refund terms above apply.
